We start the nutrition program with a home consultation. We’ll go over fitness goals and through the kitchen and cupboards, tossing out the junk and keeping the good.

I’ll teach you the fundamentals on how to turn your kitchen into an efficient machine for preparing healthy diet recipes. We’ll go over batch cooking healthy meals, learning what foods pack the best nutritional punch, prepping and storage ideas for meals and the materials you need to succeed with this plan. I know every little secret there is and will save you hours of preparation and cleaning time.

After the Clean Sweep (say goodbye to junk food), we do a full-blown grocery shop, were we break down the best methods for shopping and prepping your food.

I believe that healthy nutrition is as serious as any workout program, the Clean Sweep does that, and as long as you commit to it, you’ll quickly see the benefits of a healthy lifestyle.
